We provide shipping services from Italy to Canada with the following options:

1. Economy Shipping - 14/21 days for delivery (courier: Canada Post)
2. Express Shipping - 3/5 days for delivery (courier: UPS or DHL)

 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES TREATMENT:

Goods imported to Canada are subject to local duties and taxes. Find out more here: Canada Border Services Agency

 

For Economy shipments, the only available option is DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

This means that the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes upon delivery. Any tax and dues amounts shall be entirely paid by the customer, including those related to returns that are not processed according to our return procedures.

 

For Express shipments, both DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) options are possible.

However, we highly recommend choosing DDP for Express deliveries due to the cost landed, where all import duties and taxes are included in the total price paid during the checkout process. This ensures a hassle-free delivery experience.

 

 

SHIPPING COST:

Shipping costs are visible at the checkout once the complete destination address is entered.

The calculation of taxes and duties varies based on the merchandise destination because different states apply different import duties.

For example, Quebec may have different duties compared to Ontario.

 

 

SHIPPING HANDLING:

All orders are shipped within 2 working days from payment. The orders made on Fridays after 12.00 p.m. will be shipped on the following Monday

• Express Shipping: The estimated delivery time for Express shipments is 3 to 5 days.

• Economy Shipping: We utilize Canada Post as the courier for Economy shipments.
• Express Shipping: For Express shipments, we use either UPS or DHL as the courier.

3. Import Duties and Taxes:

• Economy Shipping: Economy shipments are handled under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) treatment. This means that the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes upon delivery.
• Express Shipping: For Express shipments, you have the option to choose either DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) or DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). With DDU, the customer is responsible for paying the import duties and taxes upon delivery. However, we recommend selecting DDP, where all import duties and taxes are included in the total price paid during the checkout process. This ensures a hassle-free delivery experience.
